Do I need an HS code to start?
No. Start with your product names in English and Chinese, what the product is used for and the buyer roles you want to research. An HS code is optional supporting information. You can choose a market scope, including global research, and refine it around the businesses your team can serve.
How many prospects can I expect?
Start with your products and target buyers. We can then agree the scope of the prospect list, the information it should include and the review criteria. Availability varies by market and source coverage. Talk to us about a plan that fits your sales goals.
Does global research mean complete, live coverage?
Global describes the scope you choose to explore. Available trade records and public company information depend on the country, source, period and fields; update timing also varies by source. Review dates and company context before using a finding to guide your next step.
Are the sample companies real?
No. All companies, evidence and contact channels in the public sample are fictional. You can explore without an account, inspect a profile and make a temporary review choice. Changes apply only to the current page and reset when you reload it. The sample does not search for live prospects or verify businesses.
Is Pomelloo Guide a live AI assistant?
The public guide uses prewritten answers from the website’s product guides and matches questions in your browser. It does not generate new answers or research a company for you. POMELLOO Model is a separate product capability for trade-language assistance; the guide is a way to find general product information.
Will the website contact companies for me?
No. The public website and sample do not send sales messages or contact companies. In a research workflow, your team reviews company evidence and checks public business contact channels before a handoff or outreach decision. The contact page opens an enquiry draft in your own email app; it is sent only when you choose to send it.
How do I access a workspace or download the client?
Use the private workspace address and instructions provided to you directly. The public website does not host an account sign-in form and does not currently offer a client installer. Contact POMELLOO for access guidance or an initial product discussion. Public sample access does not create a customer account.
